Hello to you all club captains, coaches, clubs professionals, junior program officers.

The 2016 season will end soon and I thank you on behalf of all members, golfers of the Montreal Association for your involvement and dedication. At the meeting of the club captains of 26 September, I advised that I would not return as manager of the interclub for the Association of Montreal in 2017. The new chairman Francis Duff from Val Morin will be responsible. Francis was responsible for 2 years for senior interclub and also his club captain at Val Morin. You can always join to the email address interclubsmontreal@gmail.com , for any questions about the management of interclub. Alain Picard will oversee the management of the interclub A, Robert Poirier of Interclub B and Jacques Sevigny of junior interclub. All these people will be available for questions about interclub. I want to remind you all,  that to maintain good communication and keep you informed of news in the Association, that you notify us of any changes taking place in your club. New captain, give us his email  and telephone and communication channel will be maintained.

For my part, in addition junior club, and chief official rules, I'll take up the case of communications of the Association. My biggest challenge is to make information available to clubs, players and volunteers. Tournaments, interclub, meetings, activities, etc. must get to the base, to all stakeholders of the Montreal golf.

NEW, a discussion forum for captains, officers and members who wish to communicate with officials, interclub, tournaments, questions about the rules etc You have to register on the forum and follow the sequences of discussions. For example during an interclub competition, questions could be asked about the progress, rain, cancellation, rules etc. The moderator will obviously be online that day to answer questions. Finally, there will be changes in the interclub junior in 2017, the form will be specified later, but one thing is sure, the date will be the second Tuesday of August, August 8, 2017.
